A help desk now assists mothers with Social Health Authority registration and cover questions before clinic — bringing services closer to the point of care.

The desk guides mothers and families through SHA registration, explains what maternity services are covered, and helps resolve contribution or claim questions before clinic visits.

What to bring

• Your national ID
• Your phone number registered with SHA, if available
• Any NHIF or SHA documents you already hold
