Multidisciplinary teams are reviewing maternal and newborn outcomes across every ward, with findings feeding straight into care improvement.

The audit programme brings together midwives, obstetricians, neonatal nurses, pharmacists and laboratory staff to review what went well and what can be safer — ward by ward, month by month.
