The audit programme brings together midwives, obstetricians, neonatal nurses, pharmacists and laboratory staff to review what went well and what can be safer — ward by ward, month by month.

Findings are shared openly with every team and tracked through to change on the wards — part of our commitment to safe, respectful, evidence-based maternity care.
